Meet Stephen Lin
After years of working with a construction company as a project engineer, Stephen Lin wanted a new challenge, so in 2011, he got his real estate license and became an agent. Since then, Stephen has aimed to provide the most comprehensive real estate experience.
Stephen treats his clients like family: He takes time to learn their specific wants and needs, as well as their overall goals. Coming from an engineering background, Stephen approaches transactions from an analytical and strategic perspective, which gives his clients a deeper understanding of the process. His objective is to get them the lowest price when purchasing and the highest value if selling. He prides himself on protecting each client’s interests and negotiating the best offer while making the transaction as smooth and painless as possible.
Stephen is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He moved to the San Francisco Bay Area from China in 2006 and has worked all over the Peninsula. Currently, he lives in Fremont, where he has resided with his family since 2008.
